Maruti Suzuki’s: Maruti Suzuki’s sedan Siaz is now going to disappear from the Indian market soon. This car has been one of the company’s lowest selling cars, due to which Maruti often offers huge discounts to increase its sales. This month too, the company is offering benefits of up to Rs 45,000 on this car, so that the remaining stock can be cleared as soon as possible.
Siaz’s sales figures have been quite disappointing for Maruti Suzuki, and that is why the company has decided to close it by April 2025. However, there are also reports that its production will be closed in March 2025 itself. Currently, Maruti is offering a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and a scrap bonus of up to Rs 30,000 on this car, so that more and more customers can take advantage of this offer. The initial ex-showroom price of this magnificent sedan is Rs 9.42 lakh.
Ciaz’s 4 variants closed
Maruti Ciaz was launched in a total of 7 variants, including Sigma, Delta, Delta At, Jeta, Jeta AT, Alpha and Alpha AT. However, now only the prices of Sigma, Delta and Delta AT are visible on the company’s official website, while Jeta, Jeta AT, Alpha and Alpha AT have been removed. This clearly means that the company has already discontinued the production of these variants and now the Ciaz is moving towards completely shutting down.
Features and Specifications of Maruti Ciaz
In February 2024, Maruti introduced Ciaz with some new safety updates. Along with this, three new dual-tone color options were added to this car. Now this sedan is also available in pearl metallic opulent red with black roof, Pearl Metallic Grandure Gray with Black Roof and Dignity Brown Color with Black Roof. The company introduced this car in both manual and automatic transmission options.
However, Maruti has not made any changes to the engine of Ciaz. It has a 1.5-liter petrol engine as before, which generates 103bhp power and 138Nm torque. The engine comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 4-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The company claims that this car gives a mileage of 20.65 km/l in manual transmission and 20.04 km/l in automatic variants.
Ciaz came with better safety features
Maruti introduced this sedan with more than 20 advance safety features. It included the Hill-Hold Assist and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) as a standard safety features, that is, they were available in all variants.
Apart from this, this car also had features such as anti-lock braking system (ABS) with dual airbags, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat anchors and electronic breakforce distribution (EBD). Maruti says that passengers in Ciaz are more secure than before.
Now the last chance to buy
If you are thinking of buying a stylish, comfortable and safe sedan, this may be the last chance to buy Ciaz. The focus of the company is now more on SUVs and high-high-highs models, so Ciaz is being closed. In such a situation, if you want to take this sedan, then this deal can be a profitable deal for you.
